Would hire again

"I had a door closer installed and repaired door rip.  I also had stabilizing brace and plywood cover installed onto a sheetrock wall. The tech came and assessed the need and supplies required.  He then returned with aterials and efficiently finished the job."

Roofing

"My roof was 30 years old and was beginning to leak.  Jeremy from Richardson Contracting gave me an estimate in good time, and material costs were only slightly over the estimate.  Overall he put a much better roof on then what was taken off.  He was very polite and made sure the work site was cleaned up at the end of each day, and when the job was done there were no nails on the ground or junk laying around.  He also finished in the amount of time he estimated in the beginning.  Great job and would definitely have him back to do other jobs around the house. Old roof was taken off, and new roof was installed.  Wood that was rotten underneath the roof was replaced.  Drip edge flashing was added.  An ice and water shield was added.  He used the better quality 30 pound roofing felt instead of the cheap 15 pound felt.  And shingles were architectural shingles rather then the standard three tab. He also cleaned all the gutters for an extra few dollars."

Kitchen Remodel

"Mr. Richardson completely gutted our old kitchen and redid everything. He actually made our small kitchen look bigger by careful floor tile placement - something I was not aware could be done. He educated us on the best possible way to do each step. The kitchen was done in 2006. I still walk in and am amazed at how much I love the room.  At the same time, he created a new doorway from the kitchen into the dining room, opening it wider and moving it over. The work is wonderful. In 2011 we had Mr. Richardson come back and insulate our attic, paint our bedroom, refinish an office floor, and do finish work in our garage. All of the work was beautifully done,  in a timely fashion, and at minimal cost. This guy can do just about anything. Mr. Richardson gave us a rundown on what was needed beforehand and performed all services as expected and beyond."
